In search of a faithful, energetic, and collaborative Full Time Rector to lead our historic and vibrant parish into its next chapter of ministry. Founded in 1791, St. Thomas’ is a diverse, welcoming congregation located adjacent to Rowan University in the growing community of Glassboro, New Jersey.

We are seeking a priest who is a gifted preacher, pastor, teacher, and strategic leader. The ideal candidate will inspire spiritual growth, provide compassionate pastoral care, engage with our surrounding community, and partner effectively with dedicated lay leadership.

Our congregation values worship, fellowship, outreach, and inclusion. Signature ministries include Kitchen of Hope, which serves approximately 1,400 families each month, and TEC@RU, our active campus ministry. We are committed to growing our ministries with children, youth, families, and the broader community while honoring our rich Episcopal tradition.
