Based on recent survey data and open-ended responses from the Saint Luke’s congregation, the parish has a clear composite picture of the rector we hope to call:

• A Champion for Children, Youth, & Young Families: Warm and engaging with young families; actively invests in next generation ministry.
• Committed to Radical Welcome & Inclusivity: Welcoming of all people – regardless of age, race, gender, financial status, or sexual orientation.
• A Community Presence, Not just a Parish Leader: A rector willing to participate in our local community and represent Saint Luke’s beyond the parish walls.
• A Strong Administrative Partner to the Vestry: We expect open, businesslike parish governance and a rector who works collaboratively with the Vestry.
