The Rector We Are Seeking

• A person who embodies the welcoming, compassionate, accepting and friendly qualities of the St. Alban’s congregation.
• A seminary graduate who is comfortable with traditional Episcopal liturgy
• An approachable listener, strong communicator, flexible and open-minded with a sense of humor.
• A person with parish experience and experience in developing Christian education, fellowship and stewardship.
• Inspirational and insightful preaching.
• A person who can relate to all ages, races, genders and life choices.
• Enjoys children and wants to work collaboratively with our Learning Center.
• Willing to be an active participant in our in-reach and out-reach efforts.
• Willing to commit to St. Alban’s for 3 or more years.
• Willing to support and enthusiastically encourage our music program.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with ability to delegate.
• Actively engage with us in the wider community to help us increase parish enrollment.
