| Grace Episcopal Church seeks a Rector who embodies collaborative and transparent leadership, inspires movement, and empowers lay leadership. The ideal candidate will bridge generations, strengthen ministries, and guide the parish in living out Christ’s call beyond Sunday mornings. Key leadership skills identified include Administration, Change Management, Congregational Development, Leadership Development, and Conflict Management.Desired ministry skills include Children & Family Formation, Community Building, Preaching, Parish Day School, Pastoral Care, Prayer & Spirituality, Worship & Liturgy, Stewardship, and Formation. The Rector should value both tradition and innovation, honoring Episcopal liturgy while embracing contemporary worship and digital ministry to foster connection.The congregation seeks a leader who can nurture spiritual growth, support vibrant youth and family programs, and expand outreach ministries such as the Grace Early Learning Center, the Mustard Seed Thrift Shop, and food ministries. A commitment to inclusion, transparency, and environmental stewardship is essential, as is the ability to address conflict openly and manage change effectively.Grace Church is ready to partner with its next Rector in building a welcoming, engaged, and faithful community for all, with optimism and a spirit of service. Fluency in English is required, and Spanish language skills are considered a plus. |
