| We are a collaboration of three parishes seeking a spiritual leader to shepherd us. We are looking for a full-time commitment, with each parish contributing to, and receiving a portion of, the priest’s time. The collaborative provides salary, housing allowance, and benefits in accordance with diocesan guidelines.
We seek a rector of integrity, relational warmth, theological depth, and mission-driven leadership to grow our congregations, welcome new families, strengthen outreach, and deepen our understanding of the Episcopal Church. In rural settings, we are locally vibrant congregations where our LGBTQ+ siblings and people from all walks of life find a home. |
