Rector

We are a strong, resilient, healthy, and vibrant 35-year-old congregation blessed with energetic, ambitious, and motivated parishioners who call St. Monica’s their spiritual home. A prayerful and inclusive community, we will invite our next rector to join us as we continue to embrace diversity and live into our strategic plan.

We seek a priest who: exhibits compassion and grace in all interactions, leads through consensus building and collaboration, and possesses communication skills to preach effectively and to move us into action.

Our next rector will: place a high priority on spiritual care of the congregation, support and encourage our commitment to serve the underserved in our community, lead and inspire us to grow spiritually, build on our appreciation of the beauty and power of music, and balance spiritual leadership with practical administrative experience.

Perched on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its resort atmosphere, world-class culture, and sophisticated dining, but it is also a family destination that appeals to nature and beach lovers.

Our Vocation Hub Profile provides a description of:  who we are, the priest we are seeking, how we are engaging God’s mission, and the attractive compensation package we offer.
