Director of Church Communications

The Director of Church Communications provides dynamic leadership in raising the awareness of All Saints’ Episcopal Church in the community; supports All Saints’ leadership, ministries, and staff in their communication needs through electronic, print, and other media; and ensures All Saints’ mission is communicated effectively both within and beyond its walls.

The Director is responsible for developing and implementing an overall communications strategy for the parish, ensuring consistency of brand and identity among all communications. Regular tasks include weekly communications such as bulletins, newsletters, email, and social media posts, as well as communications for special services and seasonal projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, design, or a related field
• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, Constant Contact, website design and maintenance, social media platforms
• Ability to identify priorities and adjust to changing priorities quickly
• Creative eye, proven design skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-platform environment
• Detail-oriented with high standards for work output

Annual salary range of $60,000 – $70,000 commensurate with experience, and may elect to receive the following annual benefits:
