• Shepherd and grow our loving pastoral community
• Lead a congregation that finds strength in theological diversity
• Collaborate with talented, experienced lay leaders
• Ground worship services in the stability of the Anglican tradition, while preaching Biblical sermons that make the Word relevant in our lives
• Strengthen youth and adult formation
• Manage the administrative and financial tasks needed to sustain an active, growing parish; and
• Make time for family, self-care, prayer, and study along the way.
