| St. Bede’s Episcopal Church, located in beautiful Santa Fe, NM, in the Diocese of the Rio Grande, seeks a full-time, energetic priest committed to inclusive welcome; challenging preaching based on scripture with appropriate attention to contemporary concerns; and collaborative servant leadership that empowers lay ministry.
We are excited to welcome a rector to lead us into the future with deep and abiding hope. We are a growing congregation that knows how to adapt, listen, and love boldly. Our capacity for shared leadership, thoughtful discernment, creative worship, and faithful service gives us confidence that the Spirit of God is alive and well, inspiring us for meaningful ministry in a tumultuous world. We want a leader to help form us, dare us to grow in Christ, and guide us into a flourishing future. It is desirable but not required that our new rector speak Spanish and be prepared to work with the distinct needs and culture of the Spanish-speaking portion of our congregation. We are planning to hire a second priest, and one of the two would have lead responsibility in this area. |
