| St. James Episcopal Church in Marietta, GA, seeks a full-time Assistant Rector to join our clergy and staff team in advancing our mission of worship, formation, fellowship, and service in the way of Jesus Christ. Reporting to the Rector, the Assistant Rector will share in the sacramental, pastoral, and teaching ministries of the parish, as well as providing primary leadership for youth and family ministries, newcomer engagement, and outreach.
St. James is located on the historic Marietta Square, offering all of the charm of a vibrant small town – a walkable downtown home to restaurants, civic and arts institutions, award winning public schools, and the seat of county government – while located just a half hour away from everything that the city of Atlanta has to offer.
