CDSP calls Yejide Peters Pietersen as director of non-degree programs

Church Divinity School of the Pacific is pleased to announce that The Rev. Yejide Peters Pietersen has accepted a call to be our Director of Non-Degree Programs, beginning October 1, 2026. This new position will initially have three areas of focus: create a one year, flexible, asynchronous Certificate of Anglican Studies offering; develop and oversee the creation of on-line continuing education modules for our graduates participating in the two-year curacy program; and reimagine and expand our local formation offerings and continuing education opportunities within the existing CALL program.

The Rev. Peters Pietersen joins CDSP from Berkeley Divinity School at Yale where she was the Associate Dean & Director of Formation and Lecturer in Anglican Studies for the last 5+ years. As Deputy to the Dean and President she oversaw vocational formation for students and all related programming and coursework; created and implemented a successful recruitment strategy; strengthened relationships with domestic and international stakeholders; and significantly grew spiritual formation offerings for all Yale Divinity School students.
