Canada: Synod’s council approves plans to enable same-sex marriage discussion

[Anglican Journal] On Nov. 20, Council of General Synod passed four resolutions related to how it will deal with the resolution to change the marriage canon to allow same-sex marriage in the triennium before General Synod 2019.
