[Episcopal News Service – Jackson, Mississippi] Diocese of North Carolina Bishop Michael Curry says the past teaches the present that “moral courage” can point the way to right action. Curry spoke during a Nov. 15 news conference before he joined a panel discussion during the opening session of “Fifty Years Later: The State of Racism in America,” a two-day gathering sponsored by the Episcopal Church and the Diocese of Mississippi at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Cathedral in downtown Jackson.
