“All of these videos are great centerpieces for congregational conversations and curriculum on this important topic,” noted Anne Rudig, Director of Communication. “These are truly resources for racism conversations and work at the local level. In addition, there is a facilitator’s guide available for Friday information and other resources on the site.”

On November 16, faith leaders and educators discussed:

• Racial Profiling: Who is Entitled to the American Dream: Merelyn Bates-Mims, the Bishop’s Task Force on Racial Profiling, Diocese of Southern Ohio
• Tools for Organizational Response to Racism: Executive Council’s Committee on Anti-Racism
• Racism Through Another Lens: “Yellow Peril”, “Enemy Aliens”, “Model Minority”: the Rev. Dr. James Kodera

In addition to the workshops, plenary presentations include Tim Wise and Randy Testa on Racism in America Today and another session on Where do we go from here?
