Rector

Calvary Church – known as The Small Church by the Sea – seeks a faithful, joyful priest to lead an engaged Episcopal parish where inspiring worship, authentic relationships, compassionate service, and the joy of following Christ shape our life together.

Following an extensive parish-wide discernment process, we seek a rector who will partner with us as we deepen our faith, strengthen our community, and embrace God’s future with hope. We are not looking for someone to fix our church – we are looking for someone to lead with us.

The ideal candidate is a gifted preacher, pastor, and collaborator who proclaims the Gospel with conviction, leads worship rooted in the Book of Common Prayer, builds genuine relationships, nurtures lay leadership, and inspires others through humility, compassion, and joy.
