Job Description
The General Manager position reports to the chairperson of the Housing Company’s Board of Managers and works in close cooperation with the Managing Member of the LLC. The General Manager is responsible for the overall day-to-day operations, and is expected to develop and nurture the climate of the Thomas Center as a faith-based community of lifelong learning, interdependence, and respect in an open, accepting, supportive and non-judgmental manner. Although St. Mary’s is a progressive Christian community, we welcome people of all faiths, as well as those with no particular religious tradition.

Flexibility in Considering less-than full time employment

This position description is based upon full-time exempt employment. However, the Thomas Center recognizes that there might be a highly qualified executive interested in this position who prefers or needs to work less than full -time. Salary Range: $50,000 – $68,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
