Job Description
Trustees of Funds and Endowments, Inc. (TFE), a 501(c)3 organization affiliated with the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin, is seeking an Executive Director. The Executive Director consults with the diocese, parishes and donors wishing to establish endowment funds or planned giving programs, oversees the administration of a pooled investment fund (The Combined Fund), provides administrative oversight of restricted funds, and facilitates charitable gifts of stock. The Executive Director reports to a volunteer Board of Directors/Trustees and serves as the primary contact for those interacting with TFE.

Those with experience in banking, trust administration, nonprofit fund development, finance or accounting will be particularly well-suited for the position. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Excel, Zoom, and online banking/brokerage platforms is beneficial. An ideal candidate will also have an understanding of charitable giving and stewardship in a faith-based context and a familiarity with the Episcopal Church or a similarly structured religious entity.

The Executive Director serves as an independent contractor.  It is expected that the duties of the position can be filled in an average of 30 hours per week. The majority of work can be performed at any location and time. The Executive Director is expected to attend one in-person board meeting annually and to routinely travel to parishes throughout the diocese.
