Job Description
The Episcopal Church Foundation (ECF) seeks an Endowment Advisor to join a vibrant, successful, and growing team that advises Episcopal organizations on all aspects of endowment and investment management.  ECF is an independent, lay-led, nonprofit organization that serves Episcopal faith communities and is a leading provider of endowment management services to Episcopal organizations across the country.  The endowment team serves hundreds of organizations that invest over $650 million in endowment and other investment assets with ECF and its outside portfolio manager, State Street Global Advisors. The team also advises Episcopal organizations on endowment structure, governance and giving.

This new position will provide strategic and practical guidance on investment management to both current and potential clients, in coordination with ECF’s outside portfolio manager, as well as advice on endowment governance and endowment giving.  This senior-level position will report to the Director of Endowment Management and collaborate with all endowment staff. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to bring high-level endowment and investment experience to a growing client base of Episcopal organizations.

This is a full-time position with competitive benefits and a salary ranging from $105,000 to $115,000 depending on experience. This position can work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. and will require travel.
