Director of Youth Ministries

Nativity is a vibrant and welcoming resource-sized Episcopal congregation in the heart of downtown Huntsville with a deep commitment to the spiritual formation of youth and their full participation in the life of the Church.

We are seeking a candidate with mature faith, a genuine love for young people with strong relational, communication, and administrative skills. This position provides an opportunity to join a supportive parish community and help shape the next chapter of a thriving youth ministry. The Director will build meaningful relationships with young people and their families, create opportunities for faith formation and fellowship, empower youth leadership, equip volunteers, and help our youth discover their gifts and places within the Church. The Director of Youth must be able to work collaboratively with clergy, staff, volunteers, parents, and young people.
