Job Description
Director Internal Presenter Management and Training will be primarily responsible for creating and sustaining tools and processes supporting internal faculty and related training for educational events, trainings, and conferences for CPG clients. The incumbent will be well-versed in project management, have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be proficient using technology to maximize efficiencies. They will need an aptitude for creative solutions related to faculty needs and educational opportunities will also be important. This position will be a key liaison working closely with CPG departments, as well as serve as key consultant for faculty, training, curriculum enhancements and program changes.
  • Working alongside Content Creative Services (CCS) and Engagement Strategy (ES), serve as primary BRM liaison in collaborative effort to design, plan and staff all Business to Business (B2B) educational events, conferences, webinars and meetings
  • Manage internal and/or vendor faculty calls for presentations, CPG writer assignments, and lead faculty preparation calls/meetings
  • Lead presenter rehearsals
  • 10+ years of relevant business experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience considered
  • Conversational Spanish strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the polity of TEC required
